Text Box: When we purchased into Marriott Vacation Club’s Oceana Palms, we saw lots of artist renderings and also a model of the resort. The place looked beautiful, and Singer Island is currently kind of the stepchild to the rich and famous on Palm Beach and Juno Beach. Since stocks were certainly not doing well, and since it made no sense to put money into CDs or anything, we thought that perhaps investing in a home sandwiched between two rich communities might be a good investment. More importantly, it gave us an opportunity to get lots of Marriott Rewards points that we can use every time we go to Greensburg or many other places.

Text Box: Our timeshare just opened in early January. We received a room facing south on the 18th floor of the 20-story building. The view was amazing... watching the sun rise and over the Atlantic and then fall over the Intercoastal Waterway.
