We left Kauai and did the short hop over to Oahu. After getting a car and driving to our new resort, we pulled up and knew that we were someplace different. Not only did a Cast Member meet our car, and others took our bags, but one greeted us and took us into the lobby, giving us a visual tour of everything inside and the pool area below. Although we were 5 hours early for check-in, our room was ready and we went upstairs. When we opened the curtain inside, we couldn’t believe our view. We were definitely Home.

 

The last of our Disney Vacation Club homes for us to visit, we were not disappointed in this place. The pool area was fun with the lazy river, water slides, and snorkeling pool. We also enjoyed the restaurants and the occasional Disney entertainment.

Rainbow Reef was their salt water snorkeling pool. It was chilly, but by far the best snorkeling clarity I’ve ever seen

They didn’t have a ton of choices with regards to decent dining, but the buffet (above) and fine dining venue near the beach both had some tremendous food
