With the girls working permanently at Walt Disney World, it seemed like as good a time as any to consider buying a second home down there. The market was right, Madeline and I always planned to retire there, and it didn’t make a lot of sense for the girls to pay rent to someone else. After spending weeks with a Realtor over the phone and online, looking at numerous subdivisions and floor plans, I sent Madeline down there to buy a house. With a good 20 homes on her list to check out, she found the right one on her third one. She had to look no further, and so we bought it even though I had never seen it. With many more days remaining on her trip, Madeline decided to have some fun at WDW.

Why did Madeline stay at OKW when the girls had a perfectly good apartment to stay in? Because the place was already filled up with Angela Miralles and friends, and some friends of Dana’s from Purdue.
